Description
Superior Ceremonial Matcha in a one-pound bag, for cafés, kitchens, and anyone who whisks matcha every day. It is a smooth Uji matcha, approachable whisked with water alone and bright enough to hold its own in a latte, hot or iced.
It comes from a family that has been making matcha for 400 years. Mike Harney selects it, and our tasting team cups every new lot before it ships, the way we have chosen every tea for four decades.
A pound makes about 225 two-gram servings. Once opened, keep the bag sealed tight in a cool, dark place and enjoy it within 8 to 12 weeks.
